Long term rates are available on request.
*Weekly Rates Cover from 4pm check-in on the day of arrival and 12pm check-out after up to 7 nights, but excluding the overlap of two weekends. Rates quoted on request.
**Weekend Rates Cover from 4pm check-in on the Friday and up to 12pm check-out on the Sunday General Conditions
Pets can be accomodated, subject to prior arrangement.

Payments & Deposits

Our typical payment arrangement is as follows: 25% Deposit on booking. Deposit is refundable as long as a cancellation is received 4 weeks or more before arrival. Total cost is not refundable if less than 1 weeks notice is given - SORRY, STRICTLY NO EXCEPTIONS. €100 refundable security deposit payable before arrival per apartment to cover any loss/damage or additional cleaning other than the normal and will be refunded no later than one week after departure.
